What we collect and why
Help request (SOS): location, phone number, number of people, vulnerable groups, battery level — used only so the rescue team can contact and reach you
Water level report: location, depth, photo (if sent) — used for the flood road map; published locations are rounded
LINE: your LINE user ID after you tap “Agree” — used only to send warnings
How long we keep it
Phone numbers and notes in SOS requests are deleted automatically 30 days after the case is closed
Report photos are deleted automatically after 30 days
Your LINE ID is removed as soon as you type “ยกเลิก” (cancel) or block the account
