About FloodLink

FloodLink is a student project from the Prince of Songkla University Demonstration School. It forecasts water levels 24 hours ahead and predicts which roads will flood, for ชุมชน [ชื่อ], Pattani Province

This system supplements official warnings; it does not replace them. If you receive an official announcement or Cell Broadcast message, follow it first.

Data sources
Water level: National Hydroinformatics Data Center (HII), combining stations of the Royal Irrigation Department, EGAT and other agencies
Rain: Open-Meteo · Roads: © OpenStreetMap contributors · Elevation: Copernicus DEM
Water level reports from residents (confirmed by community leaders, or when two people report the same)
Limitations
Forecasts contain errors, so the system always shows an uncertainty range.
Road depth is calculated from water level and ground height; it does not know about drains or levees. Uncoloured roads are not guaranteed to be dry.
